The FTC has decided to file an appeal, challenging the recent verdict from the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on Xbox's planned merger with Activision Blizzard.

I’m would like to see Activision remain a 3rd party publisher but at this point the FTC and CMA need to accept defeat and move on imo.
