After reading that pretty much everyone that doesn’t have a cat/dog sleeps with a closed door makes me feel like a weirdo but open door, I don’t see the point of closing the door when I live alone and fire isn’t a concern I have > it’s basically impossible that it reaches my bedroom

      • Fire hazard
      • General safety
      • AC in the house
      • My dog would hate me for the rest of his life

I’m shocked but how many still sleep with their door closed.

I am confused, you want it closed or open? For the first three points the closed door is better.

For central air if you don’t have a return in the room, closing the door will make the ac not work as well in that room. If it’s a window unit then closing the door would make sense.
