TFA talks a lot about what’s going on in Utah before getting to the meat of the issue, that a bi-partisan anti-“online anything to do with sex” law is being rammed through Congress right now. That’s what the title of the article (and this post) is referring to by the “Kids Online Safety Act”. Utah merely passed a prototype law for this.
