    As much as I hate Trump, the high speed rail project is a mess and needs to die.

      What a terrible opinion. Why would you not want them to finish the things they’ve already survived decades and billions to do. A project that will help traffic congestion.

        The original cost was projected to be $33 billion, and the projected cost has now risen to $128 billion.

        About $15 billion has already been spent.

        Project insiders and high ranking political insiders are pessimistic on whether it can ever be completed.

        Sometimes it’s just time to give up, even with significant sunken costs.
