It has happened before where the son or daughter of a super-rich millionaire or billionaire, or whatever, is on drugs, and maybe they want to stop and refuse to pay the dealer, and the dealer kills the client anyway. But my question is: why? Wouldn’t it make more sense to steal from them or something?
Why does anyone kill anyone else?
There’s a million reasons.
They have to send a message to other clients who are not as rich. Payment must be seen as the only option.
Drugs
Because drug dealers are people who couldn’t get better jobs. Which suggests they aren’t quite as competent as the lawyers and plumbers and bodyguards who also on occasion kill their rich clients, leading to having a higher rate of the economically unsound activity.
Plus growing up rich is apparently a disability that can get you off a rape charge, so the rich kids are more likely to do the things that you’d kill them over, and drug dealers are more likely to be armed and willing to kill than pizza dealers.
Don’t know @Grimreaper@sopuli.xyz / @PixelNomad@sopuli.xyz maybe the debt is too high that their supplier needs to “make an example” or the dealer needs to show loyalty to get the debt cleared.
Glad I wasn’t the only one, was about to ask them if their latest alt already got banned.
Balance an equation between what you are owed, how difficult it’ll be to recover the debt, the chances of them implicating you in supply, and what message the killing will send to others… if you think it’s worth it then go ahead. Personally though I’d try to extract (at least some of) what I’m owed - but if all else fails and you’re criminal standing / ego is damaged then you may well go ahead anyway.
