What’s been your favorite cocktail as of recently to have on a normal night?

While it’s more of a mixer, I drink gin and tonics the most. If we are talking about cocktails (3 or more ingredients), London Mules and Bees Knees are great. I am also a big fan of mixing Earl gray tea with gin and lemon to make a Brisk-like drink without the crazy sugar

Hell yeah, I’ve been making G&Ts for my quick mixer over the past few years - it’s so good. That Earl Grey cocktail sounds absolutely divine for the last bit of warm weather we have here, thank you!

Yeah no problem! Here’s the recipe:

            2 oz Earl Grey tea

            1/2 tsp honey

            1/2 oz lemon juice

            1 1/2 oz gin

            lemon twist

Add all and shake with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass with fresh ice, garnish

I generally make the tea beforehand and let it get to room temp.
