In the era of organized terrorism, eliminating nations doesn’t necessarily solve problems. It’s Such an ugly mess. If you think rational decisions are going to be made during flare ups with decades of underlying tension, you are not considerding the big picture well enough.
I don’t have the answer, but I’ll always come down hard on terrorism as it’s exempt from many of the diplomatic pressures that have been proven to establish contractual civility at least.
