      No.

      They’re part of a global community and have a responsibility to it as well.

      Plus many of them are directly aiding Israel.

      However I want to add on that; if something happens to their own country, they do expect that other countries help them too.

      I will always say this: any country that tries to deal with a population it considers undesirable by withholding food, medicine, and potable water is a country committing genocide.
