    I agree. I mean usually 30 will be snow but basically onces its below 40 I would prefer below 30 if precipitation is involved. cold rain is the worst. seeps in and you have to let your jacket and such dry and if you have to go out before they dry. ugh.

      Sloppy nasty snow.

      Or worse. That poorly defined stuff that’s not sleet, not snow, and not rain. And the worst of all of it.

        yeah when it comes down to it, its about being wet over dry. Like when it melts once it touches you. If I can stay dry its much better.
