Have you tried a chromium browser? I haven’t tried browsing lemmy on FF yet, but I never had that issue on chromium (Brave).
That’s… pretty accurate, ngl. Lol. I’ve played POE, GD, LE, D2R and that’s 0retty much how it is. The campaign is basically a huge tutorial.
Still, it’s fun for me to try new builds. And the feeling when you get a good legendary/unique that’s perfect for you character is pretty nice. But yes, it can get tiring. I’m taking a break from arpg’s rn.
I won’t be able to check this out. Would it be too much to ask someone to share if there’s any updates/info about Ghost Recon games? Thank you!
This is exactly why both Skyrim and Witcher 3 didn’t appeal to me. Idk, maybe I just like guns in games or the medieval era isn’t my cup of tea.
Diablo 4
Me: what? Who doesn’t like Diablo? I love the grind, the builds, classes, etc. What’s this dude getting at?
Because Blizzard
Me: ooohhh yeah. That’s more than enough reason.
I used power delete and it sent me a backup. Idk what to do with it yet.
Same. It’s not about the app anymore. It’s about reddit itself.
Let’s put it this way:
Spez, reddit’s ceo, used to mod r/jailbait. Did it matter to the users? It didn’t. Why should this be any different?
Also, this is a public platform as much as reddit is. Reddit’s TOS is horrible and yet people stayed. Lemmy is not worse than reddit in terms of privacy. I had to use a script/program before deleting my reddit accounts because reddit won’t delete what’s in there.
I just don’t understand why they (or just spez?) are/is intent on badmouthing the Apollo dev.
An app would be very helpful to get more people on kbin.
I completely agree. Reddit has shown no indication of backing down. They will just wait for it to finish if the lockdown is as short as ~48 hours. If a major/big sub goes on lockdown indefinitely, they’ll open it and replace the mods. I’m pretty sure there are tons of people out there willing to mod a big subreddit like r/videos for one reason or another. The reddit of the digg migration era is gone. It’s just corporate reddit now.
I have to agree about many users from a certain group/type of people affected enough by the reddit fiasco are those that are here rn. I’m biased as well, but I appreciate the compliment. Tbh, I’m just going with the flow. I saw a recommendation from reddit and was curious enough to check lemmy out.
But many of the users here (most probably you included) are here because they actually give a crap. Some are pretty active. Some are already starting communities and posting. I’d love to see the fediverse grow but I’m afraid it’ll end up like reddit.
It’s certainly more about discussion here. I’ve made mistakes already and no one has criticized me (yet). Just someone responding about why my opinion/statement was wrong in their opinion.
If I did that on reddit I’d probably never check my inbox again lmao. Not saying all reddit subs are like that, but a lot are.
I don’t use Mastodon/Twitter so I had no idea. That’s definitely reassuring. Thanks!
Afaik you can’t migrate yet. It has been raised, though, but idk more than that. I support migration, tbh.
Jumping ship is the easy part. Now we have to keep this up. Let’s make sure this isn’t just something that’ll disappear in a month or two. Make Fediverse more active than before permanently.
I haven’t used mlem. I’m on Android and we have Jerboa. Hopefully an mlem user can answer your question.
On Jerboa we just have to input which instance we want to log into.
Awesome! Gonna install it again.
Oof… then it might not be the browser. Maybe an extension?
