It was not one thing but months of things starting with a 7 day water fast then on to rice porridge and then onto streamed sweet potatoes and carrots and over time more and more options. It was brutal but my circumstances dictated such extreme measures as I had developed a severe histamine and glutamate sensitivity. AI was amazing at navigating it all, but it is not perfect so I used 2 AIs and many other sources to validate each step of the journey. I am honestly shocked it worked so well.

I am unsure if that is completely true as my past experience in the lifestyle was that everyone was very on top of regular STI (think you meant this not SDI) testing and safe sex practices to protect all involved, whereas normal dating there is a lot less of that plus secret polycules you are not even aware you are in (cheating). Not seen a study on this but this was my observation at least.

How do you get to the decentralized place then as those in power will never let go. Perhaps if we the people embraced decentralized alternatives, it would start to tips the scales and bring more balance but it seems like we need more suffering first.

I moved to Vietnam and thus I am confused about Communism. Seems to me that the state described in the wiki is the same end goal so have read about, but it just seems like we do not get there as humans with power do not want to let go even if the intentions are good. Like BluSky. They have a great vision and idea that reminds me of communism. First you have to have centralize to coordinate the decentralization…and then it never happens. It is why I really believe this only way to keep centralization in check is decentralization to balance the equation.
