Exactly the point here. Let’s force people to allocate money in a way they don’t want AS A GIFT BECAUSE WE’RE NICE!
Cash is superior in every way

I do love German humor
Really? Wow.
New one for me: treasure by the cocteau twins
I was a bot hunter on reddit and was asked to mod /r/kittengifs because of my ability to find them. There were like 5 legitimate posts in 6 months
Is it even possible to own an Orange County?
Damn! I haven’t gotten any of those yet, but I think we might need to fight a little when I do! I’ll save this and get back to you!
I have been fighting my way through the "1,001 albums you must listen to before you die’ list, and there have been some truly terrible albums.
New York Dolls, debut album
Brian Eno, my life in the bush of ghosts
Marquee Moon, television
Slade, slayed?
Sugarcube, life’s too good
Barry Adamson, Oedipus Schmoedipus
Animal collective, Merriweather Post Pavilion
Heaven 17, Penthouse And Pavement
And the worst album I have ever heard on my life, king of garbage music Lou Reed and his garbage band of notmusic and pretention: The velvet underground, The Velvet Underground & Nico
Yeah, you definitely need help negotiating
Also, we have multiple subs. Revealing one temporarily does not compromise our deterrence
I think what the person you’re replying to meant was something like:
“These subs are known to exist by Russia, and their particular sound signatures may NOT be known to Russia. So, having one appear in a known location, Russia may now be able to link sounds previously unknown to them to this type of sound. With this new information, Russia may now be able to locate these types of subs, when that was previously not possible.”
I’m not sure if they’re right about this or not, so the issue may be moot if Russia already had this information. I do, based on my military experience, generally tend to agree about the OPSEC component of their statement though.
Nobody is talking about a perfect room, and you are severely contorting what I said to meet your own agenda.
Adding to this, you probably don’t know how good your speakers are or not because you’re listening to your room, not your speakers. If you have given zero thought to acoustic treatment where you listen to music, you definitely don’t need to upgrade your audio equipment in any way. No amount of money you spend on equipment will help you enjoy music more until you treat your room
You gotta pump those numbers up
I hope you go to the show anyway.
I regret not going to shows of artists that just can’t be seen anymore

That does seem like a pickle. There is a band that is (well, WAS) LOCAL to me and I still couldn’t get digital files. I was bitching about on reddit a while back, and I got a DM from someone who sent me an email with the files. They’re in 320mp3, but better than what I had before.
Good luck with that, and have fun in Guadalajara if you go!
Seriously? Like, finding and buying those two CDs used would be cheaper than maintaining a Spotify subscription.
Same. I have moved fully to Home Assistant, with the exception of voice commands. For the most part, I don’t even need those either now that I have an ok grasp on automations
You keep at it, buddy
The book was excellent, by the way
