We can and should change things, and part of that is helping the people who have been hurt by the system.

My guy, my lad, my beautiful baby boy! One side is a terrorist organization, the other is (supposed to be) a government. No one sane has said that Israel cannot defend itself, or that the events of October weren’t anything but horrific. What we are saying is that indiscriminately killing civilians in mass is wrong, full stop.
