There’s 10-million “abandoned” homes in Japan, IE old person died alone and you can buy a fully furnished home for $7-50k. Honestly, I’m look at Japan as a place to move and at some point they’re going to advertise to open the doors for immigration or completely revamp their work culture…or go extinct as a country.
