Incorrect, in the UK you can touch/use the phone if it’s mounted in a cradle. Touch it un-cradled though and wham that’s instant points even if it was out of battery and turned off

They clearly have a different view point on certain things but all their comments are polite and express their views respectfully. Anyway that’s just how it looks to me 🤷

Everyone can get treated regardless, but you can also go ‘premium’ if desired.
