Not everything is for you.
Not everything is for you.
Does your Aunt get paid rent from the people living in those houses? Is that rent more than it costs to own and maintain the properties? Yeah, thought so. Yes, your aunt is a parasite. She is extracting profit from other people simply by virtue of being the one to own the property that she doesn’t live in. She isn’t providing value, she’s restricting access.
She may be a lovely lady the rest of the time, I’m sure she lives a vibrant and full life elsewhere, but that doesn’t change what she’s doing. Nobody owns “a couple of houses as an investment” if they’re not making money off of them, and they’re only making money by extracting it from the people who have to rent.
I hate how useful this is.
This is one of those cases just begging for Jury Nullification.
The title literally exactly matches the headline you sanctimonious clown.
Did you like the first one? This is just… a little more of that.
Leave it to Ubisoft to take concepts people like and mash them into a game that manages to be boring, soulless, repetitive, and just generally Mid at best.
Sorry, should I wait for it to actually release before I say all these true things about it?
Must be nice living somewhere where you don’t even know that pipes can freeze.
A big part of the problem hasn’t been the engine. The problem has been that games that made the fact that they were using Unreal Engine 5 a core part of their marketing did so because they had fuckall else worth saying, tying perception of the engine to a bunch of truly mid games.
Perfect time for users to buy something that isn’t D-Link then innit.
Because they’ve been fooled into thinking it will either benefit them, or benefit people they feel “deserve it.”
That’s the joke.
He just needs to drag an incredibly powerful magnet through the landfill and sort through the metal that sticks to it. Piece of cake.
Someone pushed for a new law outlawing them, but the efforts ended after he accidentally fell off a balcony to his death.
Because time travellers keep appearing with guns?
It’ll still NEED a power cable, it just won’t COME with one.
And the fact that Google didn’t pay them more money than exists in the world will be why Russia blocks Google’s operations in the country and seizes every bit of property they can get their hands on that they say was even vaguely related to Google’s operations. They didn’t even bother with a realistic number, because in the end they don’t really care who does or doesn’t believe them.
Alaska has Ranked Choice voting.
How about making a phone that’s a whole millimeter thicker just to make the glass thick and strong enough that it won’t break if you drop it?
Great idea! Unless of course the replacement of parts and broken phones is a core part of the business model.
Get that Strawman! Nobody’s saying that. The sweeping claim that was made was in fact:
A claim made by you. The point is, no, this is not just “what being in your 70’s looks like,” and no, involvement in combat sports does not automatically make you look like this in your 70’s.
