I have commited the Num-Code for ™ to muscle memory.
Other interests include bicycles, bread making and DIY. I do own a 3D-printer and adore the Nintendo 3ds.

Europa Universalis 4 with friends, Rune Factory 4 and Rhythm Heaven Megamix on my 3ds, Balatro and Yugioh Master Duel because I’m a card nerd.
Collumn 1 is Percentage that voted for the Winner (Republican 2024/Democrat 2020), Column 2 the Loser, Column 3 is the percentage of the people polled.
So row Latino men: 55% voted for Trump, 43% Voted for Harris, and 6% of the exit poll said they were Latino men.
I’m not sure I follow. Should this meme’s creator not have been inspired?
This is only superficially a prisoner’s dilemma. In a true one, you cannot get a better result for yourself no matter what the other person does, but here if you assume the other person pulled the lever, there is no reason to pull the lever yourself.
To fix this, you can have 4 relatives on the trolley, and 5 of the opposite faction way back on the middle track. Both do nothing, 1 relative of each is killed. One guy switches the lever, their relatives are all fine, other guy loses 5. Both switch, crash with all 8 relatives on the trolley dead.
Apart from them straights not being a Monolith, I feel there is a difference between not being represented and being actively excluded. You know, one is bad and one is worse.
You can and should leave a “Need a ____ tag” at the forum then. Don’t know why the article is so snarky about that, the poster of that seemed reasonable enough on the first 2 pages.
Say what you will, but implementing all manners of tags so users can express themselves, just to specifically leave out one is exclusion. “Move aside, heteros, this is our game!”.
You can argue that they deserve it, that the developer has no obligations, that they are represented everywhere else and that they should play those game instead, but it remains exclusion.
“Will no one rid me of this turbulent priest?”
It might just be my personal experience, but I am German and my personal birth rate has been steady all my life.
To add anything of substance here, there’s a good ol Kurzgesagt video on this. TLDW: Global phenomenon, hard to predict, just investing more money on parents and their needs has been tried and did not really work. Governments should still try to ease the burden of new parents because Jesus Christ they have it hard enough.
Somewhere else I heard that maybe our pessimistic look at the future is to blame and we should try to spread optimism more (or lay the foundation for a better future so people can actually be optimistic), but that’s less well researched. Not least because optimism isn’t easily quantifiable.
Let the language which is without sin cast the first stone.
I like the Rock of Ages 2&3 soundtracks myself. Classic music transformed into video game ost is fun.
Also works for the other kind of courting.
Rice Burritos
3 minutes of vegetable peeling while the water starts to boil, 10 minutes of unsupervised boiling, maybe 5 minutes stirring. You only need to clean 1 pot, and it’s cheap.
Yeah, I was just pulling your leg. Being a goofy goober. Why would you read this very specific list of games and think I was earnest?
Tomb raider had infinitely many rumours about a nude-cheat because boys were so thirsting about Lara Croft, while Metroid and Shantae reward fast playthroughs with bikini pics.
Man, am I glad I grew up with less horny games. Like Tomb raider, Metroid or Shantae.
The real reason is probably that we said comparable stuff, just as whispers and not written in an anonymous forum. And we weren’t even egged on by forum culture or our games to be as horny as possible, the former drives engagement while the ladder drives sales.
Actually, it was the train that has come the long way.
It might look like you’re moving when you focus completely on the train, but you are in fact standing still while train spotting.
No, there’s barely any physical evidence that anyone a few hundred years ago existed.
But if writing is enough, there are some. Tacitus basically said: “Nero blamed the Christians, followers of that Guy called Jesus who Pilatus executed a few decades ago.”
Wikipedia at least says both his Baptism and crucifixion are not disputed by historians.
The news say Eastern Ukraine, though take that with a grain of salt as I haven’t been there personally.
Our Minister of transportation has been a disaster for our most climate minded government yet.
He continuously refuses to present any plans on how to reduce emissions in his sector. His emission reduction targets for the past few years were missed, but instead our climate bill was changed so it doesn’t have immediate consequences as long as other sectors meet their targets. Investments in communal and private rail were cut by 20 million €, while 150 Million were given to Volocopter, a start up for personal-use passenger drones. “State-owned” rail did see minor increases in investments, but most of that money is locked for now until the government and “Die Bahn” company agree on financing it.
The only good new thing in transportation right now is the 49€ a month ticket for all public transport in Germany, and even that fails to make commuters switch to public transport as public transport remains unreliable and inconvenient outside of cities.
In the past, I always felt good about never being on Twitter, considering how much people complained about it on Mastodon.
And then I realized I instead visited Reddit daily. To maintain my perceived superiority, I had to quit that and ended up here.
