That’s what I do. Jellyfin + Tailscale + Apple TV box. It works like a charm.

I think it’s becoming more necessary with every passing day. I don’t trust reddit, not with the Trump regime in power.

I personally really like Cryptpad. I haven’t heard of Fileverse, so I’ll check it out. Cryptpad is the closest thing I’ve found to a drop-in Google Suite replacement.

I find Lemmy to be a better reddit alternative than Mastodon is a twitter alternative.

The lack of an infinitely scrollable algorithmic feed in Mastodon is definitely better societally, but let’s be real, the algorithmic feed is just way more fun to scroll in blue sky.
