If it’s any consolation, my printer’s about as old and Linux Mint seemed to just recognise it the moment I turned the printer off and on again. Might be one thing to cross off the list quickly!!

15·18 days agoIt may not even be them being cheap, just that most people/organisations not directly tech-focused simply aren’t inclined to update software. Like wearing clothing until it starts to fall apart. That trend is another nail in the coffin
