Does risc-v have uefi like x86 or it requires specific image for every machine like before?

It was this supposedly distroless distros based on flatpak runtime?
Why not just use nix? It also can be sandboxed using bwrap.
In my opinion focus should be on GUI for nix, brew.

1·13 days agoOverall there should be repo for appimages which just don’t have flatpak, for some apps which can’t work well in sandbox.
Ubuntu now doesn’t enable telemetry by default, but ironically I always enable telemetry when it is disabled and disable when enabled by default.
Not exactly anything there is still redstaros and astra linux

2·22 days agoThere is also “local desktop” app which automates most of steps to make system.


But it is still the best launcher on market all others are crap especially epic. And despite being dominating player it still didn’t abuse this power, meanwhile you hear only bad things about other launchers, delisting your games, insane telemetry, lack of reviews etc.
I hate most of other launchers not because they are bad but because they are required for playing some games: rockstar etc.
Gog found good niche in DRM free games which is great.
