Super Mario World where?
Super Mario World where?
Yeah, nice catch!
Satellite radio doesn’t require your phone to have solid signal. Going out into the boonies? As long as you can see the sky you’re chance of losing radio is almost none. I used to love having satellite radio until I started working from home. Now I have almost everything I want on a downloaded playlist to my phone.
I still use a bit after washing to ensure I got everything. My bidet does have a dry function but sometimes the wipe is for insurance. Definitely have more than enough TP for a while now though.
It wasn’t software though. It was an immobilizer chip, which is hardware, that they didn’t put in the car. They cheaped out on a part, sure, but it wasn’t faulty nor was it software.
I feel like being remote for 4 years is no longer about the pandemic. It’s become a new standard and by showing financial harm by coming into the office I feel you might have a better case. Example being car insurance. My insurance went down as my car is now a “personal vehicle” vs a “commuter car”
Absolutely. I use my tablet almost exclusively as a media device but I do feel it could be so much more. It is nice though to use it while my phone is charging overnight and not wasting battery on the phone while traveling.
I think they’re questioning what exactly you mean with your initial post.
Apple has a default share option of “Save to Files” where you can navigate where you want it saved. The default location is definitely application specific though.
I thought it was “it’s” as it’s a possessive apostrophe?
The policies are Apple’s, so it’s would be an appropriate substitution, no?
Exactly this. We use node exporter, Prometheus, and Grafana at my place of work to get node metrics across our K8s cluster for CPU, memory utilization, file system space, etc.
You’ll have to do some searching and tweaking of existing dashboards, but Grafana is crazy good
I can’t say off the top of my head. Power tripping is the best first guess I have. I kinda equate it to anything that could help people live longer. Why don’t they give out insulin at better prices so people live longer and buy more stuff? That’s logically the smarter move, right?
You know they are always thinking how they can use it to only benefit themselves. Don’t kid yourself on that, they’re leeches and this is their mentality
Also they have weird behind the scenes integrations into accounts even if they are just supposed to be regular 2FA. You can read stories about Twitch not playing well with other 2FA until 30 days after you remove Authy. I don’t want those kind of shadow integrations and I should be allowed to switch apps as I see fit
The idea of antiwork isn’t bad though. We should use anything and everything we can to utilize automation to allow people to live with as little work as possible. Is that a reality today, no. Can it be a reality in the future, maybe. Things will need maintenance and upkeep, people will want to innovate and try to build new things, etc. But that doesn’t mean we can’t work on things like UBI, free housing, free medicine, free education, etc.
The idea of heading that direction is (what I understood) the main goal. We’re just going to need to take steps to get there and changing the terrible labor practices we currently have became step 1 and thus a majority of the focus in the subreddit.
That’s the reason I didn’t buy one and made my own. Get a thicker piece of plywood in the size you want, get a box of stick on tiles, and get some decent trim to hide the edges of the plywood and you’re set.
If you win the first half, and you win the second half, you win the game
The monster one is real, I used to be a collegiate rep for them and they gave me a ton of condoms to give out (along with the drinks naturally). I’ll see if I can’t find some old photos of them.
I’m usually not a hatch fan but that little car looked awesome. I got my last new gas powered manual transmission car before EVs are the main thing. Since I work from home and don’t drive a bunch my plan is to keep it as long as I can and get an EV in 4-5 years when hopefully infrastructure catches up a bit and more manufacturers have an option and work out small kinks.
True true. I did think that everyone liked DK as well but I could be wrong
