It was OK, 14 days night and 14 day shifts it is better that way because you get used to it and you still have loads of time left for other things.

One is group of instructors for something like Scouts, we plan trips and stuff like that but also lan parties and going to pub. There are loads of people using different DM services but all of us have email.
And we have family wishlist email where we send what we want for Christmas and birthdays, anyone can look it up and buy/make something.

If you look at it from the political side that this is the basic idea of liberal democracy.
Everyone votes in their best interest and especially in proportional representation you get some compromise of the interests.
Right now at least in politics people act less in their own interest but more of what they emotionally feel like their interest.
