I’m just now getting over a cold that gave me the worst laryngitis of my life. It felt like I got punched in the throat some days. So I’m super grateful today to have most of my voice back. Swelling and inflammation is reduced. Even my cough which I thought would become bronchitis is fading. So grateful to be feeling well again after a week of this.
This is a very very good habit to have. It does wonders for mental health including reducing existential dread and depression. It’s not a silver bullet but it helps tremendously.
I try to remember whenever something bad is happening to me like a cold, or getting laid off, I’m grateful to not be a victim of genocide or taken as POW in Russia. Hell, not having to be drafted in the military like Americans did in Vietnam.
Being grateful in the face of suffering is its own CBT
Glad I’m not like this
The materials needed to produce batteries and wind turbines and maintain them over time is the issue. Did your 62 page report discuss this?
Thank you for reminding me of this game. I think it is Microsoft ants

Do those things give you DJ and radio options? I’m too lazy to go find the songs I want. I’d rather just let the app put on tunes and learn what I like based on feedback and behavior.
About 90 min according to my settings screen time. Looks like it divides into ~10 sessions throughout the day, each lasting 1-15 min.
I’ve had this problem. My solution was when starting a game to play regularly and semi exclusively. I.e. I only have one single player game I’m working on at a time, and I play it multiple times per week to make progress.
And I just keep playing until I beat it. I then may take some time off gaming for a few days or weeks, but will eventually pick up another game and repeat.
This works for me cuz when I don’t play consistently and decide to take, say, a one week break from a game, I find I end up not returning. So it’s crucial to keep revisiting the game and sensing that progress or it feels like it never ends and drags on and on. There’s also things like muscle memory and strategy that if I don’t keep fresh at least a few times per week, it makes returning to the game feel like more work rather than just jumping back in.
I don’t have diagnosed ADHD so it may not apply to you but that’s what worked for me (and continues to work). I’ve played many dozens of games following this system for some years now.
There are a lot of good cops. ACAB is about pointing out that they all might as well be bastards because enough of them are that people don’t feel safe around them.
But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t have police. We need much harsher penalties for misconduct, external investigations into misconduct, and better training to avoid misconduct in the first place.
Chat gpt just loves pointing out twists!

Lol
I have 2 monitors. My primary is ultra wide for gaming and the secondary is discord, Spotify, etc. so I can view messages and stuff without leaving my full screen game.
For work? I just use my Mac monitor like a neanderthal. Idk why but I don’t really find multiple monitors helps me work faster.
That stock photo is irritating… Get out of bed and sit at a desk if you truly require that many devices.
