He was involved in the whole meth operation with these cans and decided to give away the excess ones that he thought only had beer in them. Why not just throw them away? Such an idiotic risk for no good reason. Was he high on the supply or something? Only thing I can think to explain why he’d do something as utterly careless as this. And now he’s in prison for 20 years because of it

That’s brutal. Assuming he took a single gulp, I wonder what the equivalent of that is in the regular crystal/powder form?
Solubility in water is .5g/mL, average gulp is around 20mL, so possibly up to 10 grams. A normal dose is .1-.2g so it could’ve been the equivalent of 100 doses.
A normal dose is more like 0.01g for someone with no tolerance
