I’m a bit confused. Does this mean that each and every state that does not allow open carry is unconstitutional? I also do not see how “there are requirements to carrying a firearm” equates to “you cannot carry a firearm.”
I think they glazed over the well regulated militia part intentionally.
How about my historical right to life and liberty to not be killed or threatened by random armed individuals?
