This is ridiculous. I’m no expert on Syria that shit is bananas complicated.
But a guy aspiring to get closer to gulf states along with Israel, France, the US and Turkey is not a good guy. He’s also literally al qaeda.
Assad ain’t good. But weapons and support flowed through Syria to hezbollah and the Palestinian resistance during his government. Objectively a good thing.

Not an expert, that civil war has way too much going on. Acting like Jolani is the good guy is… I really can’t think of a worse set of characteristics.
