I finished Baldur’s Gate 3, so i fell in the post-great-game melancholy. I reinstalled Hades and Stardew Valley, but ya know
Did you play Larian´s Divinity: Original Sin II yet? It might ease your pain a lot and it´s on -70% right now.
I played the one, all the way to the big fight at the end, failed it and got too exhausted to reload and redo it… But it was a really good game though , it’s true! Is the 2 as good/better?
“The 2” is the best RPG I have ever played in my life. The combat system and the overall style of the game is famazing! I especially loved all the cheese.
I just started a nude dark urge run and it really changes the game up.
Just finished Baldur’s Gate 3 and then started Hogwarts Legacy.
I just beat evil West and cyberpunk 2077. I’ve been playing through death’s stranding and today I booted up Chernobylite and I’m having a great time.
Kerbal Space Program 2. The new For Science! update finally made the game fun and performant! And because I suck at the game, I needed to send 4 rescue missions to return Valentina from the Mun.
I managed to get a copy of Chu Chu Rocket for Dreamcast, so that’s been one I’ve been playing. But I’ve also continued with my addiction to Backpack Hero (even if it’s slowly fading).
I’m back on the Grimdawn life. This game is like crack.
I’m absolutely smitten with Cobalt Core. It’s been called “FTL meets Slay the Spire,” but I’d say it’s more the former than the latter (which works for me, I liked FTL a lot more). There’s also a dash of Hades-style storytelling. This won’t have the legs StS can have for the deckbuilding nerds, but I’m having a blast with it.
The writing cracks me up, the soundtrack is phenomenal, and the strategy is keeping me engaged. Also, must protect Riggs at all costs. 💜
I was playing Laika for a bit. The difficulty is pretty brutal - one of the harder games I’ve played in awhile. Like, you can randomly die from basic movement mechanics if you’re not paying attention. I wasn’t having fun anymore, so I had to drop it.
Moved on to Going Under, and that’s a lot more my speed
I just finished Stray. I’m not really a cat person but it was actually really enjoyable. Turns out cats are great platformers!
I also finished Strange Horticulture yesterday. That was a pleasant surprise especially since it was set in the Lake District.
I’m now trying to decide between starting Baldur’s Gate 3 (I am not a fan of turn based combat), Immortality or The Talos Principle 2.
WoW classic season of discovery! It’s my first time playing classic and I’ve been having a lot of fun. Just hit 25 the other day and starting world PVP, so much fun at these low levels.
I don’t play games as much as I used to, but I had a lot of fun recently with Carrion - you play an alien hive mind eating scientists and fighting security through an Area 51 style facility.
RDR2 2nd play through. Just taking my time and exploring in chapter 2.
Just recently started playing rimworld and I’m super hooked. Trying to complete the game vanilla first then dive into modding
Getting back into Monster Hunter World! Trying to tackle those endgame Iceborne quests and getting my ass kicked quite often. It’s really satisfying getting a good build going with armor set bonuses and stacking skills.
Also finally playing Super Mario Odyssey. What a game. The controls are so tight and responsive. I love exploring every nook and cranny, high and low, and almost always getting some kind of reward out of every effort and idea.
I wanna get back into MHW, but those unskippable cutscenes at the beginning are a PITA
I felt the same! Luckily if you’re on PC there’s a mod you can easily install that allows you to skip cutscenes and it works very smoothly.
