Not at all. The charges are only felonies due to technicalities and there is no mandatory minimum. Sentencing is at the judges discretion and theres lots of president for people convicted of similar charges not getting jail time.

When we consider that appeals won’t be over till after the election and that it would be logistically problematic to actually imprison a former president it’s hard to imagine without bringing up how much being imprisoned would be a boon to trumps political campaign.
