I was a Nintendo kid growing up, so I’m biased. But I can’t even defend them anymore. Their uncompetitive prices and anti-consumer practices are completely out-of-touch. I hope they either start listening to their fans, or go away and allow their games to be sold on other platforms…

This tired old argument completely ignores the fact that consumer purchasing power was much higher back then. Everything costs a higher portion of our paychecks now, especially housing, healthcare, and education.

Unless I missed it, Where Winds Meet forces you to do an entire damn boss-fight before you can invert the vertical camera! Unbelievable. I realize I’m the freak for learning “flight control” aiming where down is up, but I’ve been doing it for decades; can’t change it now! It’s unhinged to not let people access or change options until after you’ve beaten a boss…

This is what I do, but I cut out the last step (sanitizing). For one thing, I don’t have concentrated sanitizing solution. I also don’t have 3 sink compartments! So I just soak/scrub in the left sink, and rinse in the right when hand-washing.

I wouldn’t recommend it. Zero first-hand knowledge, but I’ve heard their Loss Prevention department is diligent and ruthless. Apparently, they carefully document and tabulate the total theft of return shoplifters. Then, when they have the chance to catch them, they hold on for longer without doing anything. The thief gets emboldened (and has no idea the total dollar amount). Then, Target swoops in, and has law enforcement there waiting. Suddenly, it’s a felony charge based on the accumulated loss…

I read it as “when players suck”, which isn’t far off…
