I’m curious if Lasik is an option for those into the 50 range. I’ve noticed my eyesight getting worse and would rather not do glasses all the time (readers I could see an exception for)

I picture this as Tom Cruise from tropic thunder. That’s his bad guy persona.
Thank you for this. Just recently picked up and played through twice Gris and Neva. Even though they’re short as well I really find myself loving the visuals, gameplay and the atmosphere created by these games.
I’ve found that while Bluetooth works well enough, my admittedly cheap Bluetooth mouse has an ever so slight lag to it. I only use it when out in the field working but it’s disconcerting to say the least.
Perhaps the neighbor is just going for a taller fence… Over time.
Yes the screw length would be a big concern.
I like USB C - mostly. If only Logitech would actually create a tiny usb-c unifying receiver…
Just as an fyi - people are still getting successfully sued on US soil when trackable (someone didn’t use VPN)
Logo still shows HBO for that intro though
I still have an audio CD with their malware embedded. Ripped it under Linux, no problem.
Lol I must have one similar. Burned through a battery in storage and when I replaced it, I noticed that the display is still active even when off - such a weird design. I pop the battery half out for storage every time now.
I was thinking of this exact video too.
Monster truck madness… played the hell out of that back in the day
Too much amperage for a circuit is fine, for a battery is not. A circuit will present a known resistance and draw what is needed for a specific voltage. The batteries’ resistance will be very low at empty and change over the course of charge, and certain chemistries can be damaged over 1C.
Just read a review on Amazon today about a newer brother printer that they’ve instituted a lock out on toner. Was telling a colleague that they were decent enough to not do that… But then I ate my words
It’s obvious. You keep jeffing things up.
I get this as being a bit of a hurdle, but wouldn’t a good option in hind sight be to create a separate work related apple account based on your work email? I’ve done that in the past with various companies for iPhones and MacBooks. Makes it cleaner to return the device and doesn’t compromise my personal account should they ultimately need my credentials on the non-owned-by-me device.
I had a bosses’ bosses’ boss tell me (via my boss) that I had to work 8-5 and take an hour lunch. Told my boss at that time that I would no longer be available for lunch to do anything work related. Told him I worked over lunch to get into things quickly the first few months but I’ll play the game. Started using the on site gym to the fullest.
I don’t disagree for sure, but at some point the price will become more competitive as other companies see dollar signs…
48v 100ah battery with Bluetooth BMS built in is around 700$ on ali express… Slightly more direct from Amazon in the USA if you want it fast. Will store close to 5kwh which I guarantee you beats out this solution. Of course you’d still need to buy the grid sync inverter (available in many places) as well as a solar mppt charger and solar cells. Still will come below this cost - or you’ll simply blow by the capacity of what you would have paid for this solution. But gotta have the old noggin on straight to do it yourself.
