I’m reminded of the classic clay sculpture cards in the TCG.
how many of these are exclusive to mobile? setting a lot of games I could get on a better platform
I was curious when I was hearing the police chatter saying the suspect was wearing a “cream-coloured” jacket, when in the assassination footage it’s pretty undeniably black or a dark colour at least.
I’ve been singing this soundtrack’s praises for more than a decade by now, I listen to it often.
It’s mostly the design of the fucking things, I’m sure they’d be more acceptable of they were at least appealing.
(I’m going to be extremely hypocritical here as I do this with my Amiibo) but the culture or keeping it in the boxes never really made sense to me in regards to Funko. What purpose does it really serve when there’s a lot of Funko that have little to no value boxed or not? Part of me thinks it’s because they’re easier to store in the boxes and because you don’t actively play or use them (like you would with Amiibo.) But what gets me is the # of Funko collectors that open their figures is microscopic compared to the people who have entire walls lined with boxes of the things.
Another brand I see them compared to often is Nendoroids, which are less TV and movie characters and more anime and video game figures. But very few people keep those boxed, because they’re pose-able, therefore more owners purchase them with the intention of displaying them in a variety of poses as opposed to keeping the boxes for anything other than storing the accessories.
Looks more like they want the ‘interaction’ button closer to your thumb so you press them more often. It’s the same shit they’re doing with the regular YouTube app, it’s more infuriating than helpful as you will accidentally press these things more often than not.
the pov format is inherently flawed because it’s almost never actually from your “point of view”
Photoshop seems like overkill for that
Wth is this article, the ring is being made in celebration of them as a watch company. It’s a cute little gimmicky ring because making an anniversary watch is exactly what people expect them to do.
They didn’t make a ring to compete with the Oura or Samsung’s whatever. The article even mentions the Timex ring watch which was similarly made because they’re celebrating 170 years of being in the business. Why even bring up smart rings/watches at all?
It depends, a lot of the time, most cleaning products have that shitty “lemon” smell that fucking sucks, where it’s obviously only masking a more unpleasant smell even if the unpleasant smell is just the actual cleaning product. That usually means it’s even worse when there really is a foul odor present, cause then it smells like shit and lemon.
Except they know his real name and his face, that kind of threat doesn’t work when they can just tell your country to arrest you for breaking the law.
In this case it’s a specific person that has repeatedly streamed games before their release dates, meaning he’s obtaining the games early illegally and actively encouraging other people to do the same. He makes how-tos specifically with the intention of getting more people to pirate games before they release. He’s attached his real name and face to everything so it’s no surprise Nintendo probably intends to come down harder on him than that Bowser guy they reamed a while ago.
This jackass is precisely why we can’t have nice things, he’s justifying all of the bullshit reasons these companies are against things like emulation.
what you’re against is piracy.
piracy of current gen games is what you’re against. As a consumer I should have the right to purchase a game (software) and do whatever the fuck I want with it, if I want to emulate Tears of the Kingdom because it runs and looks better on my computer than on my switch I should be allowed to do so. I purchased the console and the game, they’ve received my business, they should no longer have a say with what I do with my stuff.
Nintendo themselves use emulators for their products, there is nothing inherently wrong with emulation.
No one is complaining about Nintendo’s developers, they’re complaining about Nintendo the company.
The company is garbage. Anti-consumer as hell, proactively fighting against video game preservation, bullying fans out of making passion projects, the list goes on.
Literally no one is mad at Nintendo for the games they make, they’re infuriated because they make great games while the company shits on its own legacy.
like, I get that it smells bad and makes your hand feel like dry rubber, but just keep some scent sanitiser or lotion in the car to use after washing your hands with it. OP even suggesting skipping washing their hands means they probably already do.
ikr? sign me the fuck up
that’s the main gimmick of these, though it comes at the cost of no rumble, because of the figures
this one only looks particularly messy because the Lost Colony ARK background isn’t very readable, it’s a mess of colours until you realise what you’re looking at.
the controllers irl are super reflective so the buttons and joysticks appear isolated from the internals and not as clustered as they seem in this render.
every single bit of dialogue in that trailer sounded awful.
“I’m not just a pretty face” like, male Shepard was based off a super model, but it was never addressed in the games, they made him look rugged enough. This guy just seems like a glammed up clown.
