2·1 year agoI do kinda prefer that idea, or rather, I’ve considered something similar from the perspective of positive ratings. I’d like a way to prioritize content by heavily weighting upvotes from people who I’ve liked interacting with.

1·1 year agoI had the same feeling when I saw that, it’s good to have it available. One caveat is I think the instance admins can mess with the database to hide things, but my understanding is a typical mod cannot.

9·1 year agoYou do need an advanced tool to navigate the web now. It takes a lot of effort to filter trash from searches thanks to Google making every result into slop listicle. And even worse now they are AI slop listicles.

4·1 year agoI think they’re trying to say that, because they have to be paid to praise one country’s completely unprovoked invasion of another, therefore they are a better person than us, who, unpaid, say Ukraine is in the right, therefore we “love war.” It is a weird fucking flex.
