I made the mistake of making an account one time. Unsubscribing from all the shit they email is an unbelievably annoying task.
If you’re interested in computer architecture/embedded systems, you gotta watch Ben Eater videos. His series of building a 6502 computer really helped computer architecture click for me.
Gaming is the far from what they were designed for. When listening to music or whatever you couldn’t care less about a delay.
I wish Spotify radios worked that well for me. They always seem to just recommend the same songs I’ve been listening to lately.
Great post, 4 day old account /u/BroughtListless! Here’s $20!
I think this is a good mindset to have. Dismissing every conspiracy/dissenting opinion as “crazy” just serves to further alienate and radicalize the people who believe them.
From what I’ve seen, there’s usually an intuitive (but misguided) reasoning behind conspiracies. Like, it’s easy to call everyone who’s worried about 5G a senseless fucking idiot, but 5G signals are literally microwave radiation. It’s not that much of a stretch to assume they could be harmful. They just miss the part about the power of the radiation not being strong enough to do any damage.
