…When incest wasn’t looked down on.
From a more innocent time…
If China takes Taiwan, the US loses access to high end semiconductors completely or is beholden to China to obtain them. China is fighting a soft war against the US already.
I would have agreed with you with every conflict the US has been involved in in the last 50 years, but China and Russia are both direct existential threats to the Western world. Anyone who doesn’t recognize this is simply not well informed.
You’d better watch out, people get very upset when you point out flaws in the products they invest in. For many, this is their entire identity.
The least we could do for taking away the headphone jack is give them billions of dollars as a reward. I mean, this is Apple after all, they deserve it.
Larry’s the ultimate madlad! Lived to tell the tale too!
MILDLY infuriating??!?
I don’t think homeschooling should be the standard we set for education.
Yes, it seems that if he has his way, the whole world will have to unite against the USA.
Hence the joke
Ah…
Yeah it’s rhe add lists
I just tested it in the app and it worked fine, scrolled for days with a common term like Ukraine.
Weird I never noticed. For me the amount of results depends on the search term. There may just be a few items with your term. Have you tried making a feed for it?
If you follow groups that are about other stuff, you will find them. There are plenty of starter packs, even for conservative stuff.
Yeah this solves a lot of problems straight off the bat. Add me, I have a few posts at the beginning of my timeline that will help you get started.
Yeah, not many, only 184,281 have been made
Poking is still there. I’m trying to bring it back.
I use both. I’ve been on Mastodon for the better part of a year and only actively tried Bluesky the last couple months. My Bluesky feed is thriving, whereas Mastodon not so much. IMO this is due to Mastodon is missing the major quality of life features of Bluesky.
These things make Bluesky very easy to get started with and more powerful even than Xitter was. It’s simply a better product if you have any requirements other than federation. Getting a good feed up and running doesn’t take more than an hour or two. Mastodon is a lot more work.
If I’m wrong, tell me how. You don’t get to just ignore the facts because you don’t like them.
None of the other countries we attacked in the last 50 years (with possibly Afghanistan as the exception) were fighting soft wars against the US and actively prepping for a hot one. When someone’s actively punching you in the face, pacifism starts to lose its glow.
