A nice and public “fuck you” to C-level staff in tech. Remote work isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.
I was pushed upselling offers no fewer than ten times over the two evenings I spent in their service prepping my taxes last week. It was infuriating. I’m going to try the IRS’s pilot program next year assuming it’s still available for the 2024 tax season.
Why waste time say lot word when few word do trick?
How sure are we that this isn’t just the work of Egyptian taggers from 2000 years ago?
Account deleted. I’d love to see the exodus data trends from this decision.
Holy “word salad”, Batman!
Their username is a clue.
There was a video making the rounds on Reddit yesterday of an ambulance getting bombed. Wonder if it was the same ambulance that was bombed on the way to save her.
Just pee on the stains until they give up and go away.
“Already, there’s been some controversy surrounding the casting of Skarsgård, a cis man, as Murderbot, an android with no sexual characteristics (because, in Murderbot’s words, why would it need them, it’s not a sex bot).”

Good morning from Seattle.
San Jose is in California, duh. /s
It’s gorgeous. Thanks for sharing.

Oh! What the hell?
Interesting. I’ve never known the term counterfeit to be anything other than “fake imitating real”. In this case, a company creating unapproved copies, it makes sense and there doesn’t really seem to be a better term to describe their actions, but it is confusing with a surface read of the issue.
How can the manufacturer of those cards make counterfeit cards? Wouldn’t they still be real cards but just diluting the market?
The nurse assisting my wife while she was giving birth did this for her while helping dialate prior to delivery. It wasn’t something they warned us about in the birthing classes.
