I learned to disassociate very early in my life. after all, you can’t be hurt if you don’t feel anything.
In my rapidly progressing age I have learned this has both allowed me to move forward quickly in life, but has stunted me in others.
emotions are like a seasoning to life. if everything you ate was bland, was any of it worth eating in the first place?
take an old mans advice, take small moments to appreciate how you’re feeling, to understand why you’re feeling it.
